We help pastors in the small barrio churches of Costa Rica to develop strong church leaders, to disciple others in the community, and to build the local church into a dependable and reliable resource for the community.

Our goal at Full Sail Ministries is to increase the kingdom of heaven by assisting pastors in the barrios of Costa Rica build their congregations through training, mentoring, educational materials and small financial support. We believe it is better to build 10 churches of 100 than one church of 1,000.

Full Sail Ministries and Influencers Costa Rica Serving Together!
Despite the challenges presented in 2020, we know God continues to be in control of all things, including this ministry. It is through His provision that we are excited to announce the partnership of Full Sail Ministries and Influencers Global Ministries! Leading the team in Costa Rica, and eventually into other Latin American countries, is Pastor Henry Gutierrez and his wife, Eugenia.
Pastor Henry was formerly the Senior Pastor at Hope Fellowship, Playas Del Coco, Costa Rica and now assumes the role of Influencer’s Regional Director of Costa Rica with Eugenia assuming the role of Regional Director for Women-Costa Rica. Together, Henry and Eugenia have a passion for the pastors of Costa Rica and are committed to supporting them, as well as their congregations, in their pursuit of an abiding relationship with Jesus Christ.
